Donations from the community, such as memorials, gifts, or bequests allow St. John Hospice to serve those with no resources. All donations are tax-deductible and should be forwarded to the St. John Foundation, 4720 S. Harvard, Ste. 202, Tulsa, OK 74135.
If the gift is in memory of someone, please indicate his/her name as well as his/her family and address. We will notify the family of the donation.
