St. John Foundress to be Presented as Beatification Candidate
St. John has received word that Mother Mary Frances Streitel, foundress of the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother, will be presented as a candidate for beatification, or sainthood. St. John was established by the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother more than 84 years ago.
